Naughty Nuri’s, not an unknown brand for their pork ribs got it’s name from the owner’s name, Isnuri Suryatmi, better known as ‘Nuri’ and her husband, Brian Aldinger. Well, we’re not sure about the ‘naughty’ part but we’re sure that their menu will make your taste buds run wild.
Dive into succulent pork dishes as well as other dishes which are mostly a signature to Bali, Indonesia. For porky favourites, try the favourite, BBQ pork ribs, Pork Chop, Pork Loin, Grilled Hogs Platter and Roasted Pork Platter; all of which the pork meat were imported from Spain. For those who would like to opt for a non-porky dish, try the Crispy Cumi-cumi (Deep fried squid) or the Balinese Ayam Bertutu. All of these were prepared by Chef Eddy Wong, trained at the age of 19 by Michelin-starred chefs in Germany.
Meanwhile, for happy hours, try the Martinis as they’re branded the ‘best martinis in the world’ by Anthony Bourdain.
