Jumping on a trampoline may seem like a child’s play but it is also a full workout program.
The idea of jumping as a workout originated from the Czech Republic in 2001. But only in 2014, the program was popularised in Asia, mainly in South Korea with 200 centers and 1000 instructors. Finally, it reached our shores in 2016 with the Jumping Fitness Studio in Solaris Mont Kiara.
Jumping Fitness is a dynamic fitness training program conducted on trampolines. Throughout the session, hard beating music ranging from European funk remix to k pop music is played during the workout. Therefore, only the specially designed Jumping PROFI trampolines are suitable to use.
Jumping fitness focuses on the fun element that also works your body and mind. The basis of the program is a combination of fast and slow jumps, mixed with traditional aerobic steps and dynamic sprints, which guarantees a full -body workout session. Jumping is said to be more effective than jogging because of the constant gravitational changes, which involves using 400 muscles tightening and relaxed at the same time.
