With origins based in Italy, Michelangelo’s Restaurant and Bar is best place to get a taste of authentic Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is led by the experience and affable Chef Paolo Pala, whose desires and ambitions were committed to creating proper and authentic tastes to food. He has opened at least two restaurants of his own in Malaysia.
The restaurant has plenty of exquisite and delectable Italian servings, but let us recommend a few signature dishes that have gained many thumbs-up from the customers!
Sizzling linguine marinara
Generous portion of ingredients topped on the plate of linguine where there is tiger prawns, mussels, clams, and squid and they are cooked with their special tomato sauce and served in a hot sizzling pan.
The dough and sauces used in making the pizzas are all handmade. Best seller here is the Pollo E Funghi, a pizza topped with grilled chicken, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese with tomato base.
The risotto is cooked with high-quality ingredients and the fresh cheese are grated onto the risotto right before the guests. The Risotto Fruiti Di Mare is a signature risotto served with tiger prawns, squids, mussels and clams and are cooked with herbs, garlic and chillies.
They also have some signature drinks that are worth a try and one of which is milk served with Ice Chocolate Cubes. The premium chocolate comes from a Malaysian company specialising in making premium truffles, Cocoraw.
For an easy-to-go drink, there’s ice latte in a bottle.
The bar provides alcoholic beverages like margarita and mojito as well.
The restaurant features lunch sets that changes every two months. The average price per person is about RM60.
