Cooking nutritious laden food can be tedious for one to take on let alone teaching another (i.e a helper) on top of that. This is where Alexandra Prabaharan comes in. A certified nutritionist with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA), there is no better person to train you on nutrition and how to make healthy food super delicious!

Alexandra runs a lot of private classes, but her most popular one to date is the helper cooking class, aimed to train your house helpers to cook healthy and nutritious food. Here, she will also educate them about portion control as well as demonstrate some healthy recipes, deem fit for respective families. This is helpful as helpers may have different backgrounds that could make preparing healthy options a challenging task. Curious about her menu she has prepped for the class? Here it is :

  2. Kale Pesto
  3. Orange and Ginger Rice Noodle Salad with Crispy Tempeh
  4.  Pumpkin Curry with Chickpeas served with Quinoa
  5. Soba Noodles with Teriyaki Salmon
  6. Chocolate Avocado Pudding
